Our Story
Founded in 2015, Royal Kitchen was born from a simple dream — to share the rich culinary heritage of China with the community of Ammanford. What started as a small family-run eatery has grown into one of Carmarthenshire's most beloved Chinese restaurants.
Our founder, Master Chef Li Wei, brings over 25 years of culinary expertise, having trained in some of Hong Kong's finest kitchens before bringing his craft to Wales.
